We strive to have the most sanitary conditions, least stress on the animal, and least amount of chemicals of any processor in the country. We rely on extraordinary facility sanitation, conscientious hand evisceration, very slow line speeds, ample amounts of water, and very rapid chilling instead of chemical interventions. This allows us to process poultry with no chlorine for antimicrobials and still easily pass our Ecoli testing as well as USDA's Salmonella testing.
