How about a whole hog on a grill?  Greg built the stainless steel grill and him and Evan love to get the opportunity to use it! They have roasted hogs for the Chicago Cubs, Riot Fest, Farm Aid, Rick Bayless, and more.  They will roast the pig on site overnight and then carve and serve the pork for you.  Email kara@gunthorpfarms.com for availability and pricing.
